All check-ins are video calls (via Google Meets) and booked here. You’ll receive an easy link to join your scheduled sessions.

No, you can train at home, in a gym, or both. Your workouts will be tailored to whatever setup you have.
That said, if you plan to train at home, you’ll need adequate equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands. For most goals, a gym membership is recommended (if possible), as it offers more variety and progression.

You’ll be billed monthly via a secure card payment inside the app. No contracts, cancel anytime with 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
